The Missing Pot is a moveable children’s book about a opossum, Radbois, asking his neighbors about where on earth his gumbo pot could be. I wrote and illustrated this project.

I wanted to make a moveable book as soon as the idea came into mind. I’ve never made one before, but I admire the craft that goes into making one. I was never very interested in children’s media, but the illustrated picture book is such a special thing. I really, really enjoyed making this.

The final book will be on display in a show at SVA in the fall of 2025.
