Fat Stacks was an exercise in character building and dialogue. We had to explore our main characters, and consider what their dialogue would be that stays true to them.

I love writing dialogue. I especially love writing dialogue for shitty teens. My character for a Shadowrun offshoot I used to play in was a teen hacker, so I’ve gotten a lot of practice. I love movies like Stand By Me and The Monster Squad, the shitty teens in Fargo Season 1, and the Venture Bros.
